While our eSIM Compatibility Checker is designed to help identify devices that support our eSIM technology, compatibility can vary based on factors beyond basic device model. It is your responsibility to double-check the following before purchasing:

Carrier Lock Status:
Ensure your device is carrier-unlocked. Even if your phone is eSIM-compatible, a locked device will not support eSIMs from other carriers.

eSIM Capability Activation:
Some devices (especially region-specific models) may require software updates or manual activation of eSIM functionality. Check your settings to confirm eSIM options are visible and active.

Region-Specific Restrictions:
Certain phones sold in specific countries (e.g., the USA, China, Japan) may have limited eSIM functionality or restrictions based on carrier agreements.

Operating System Version:
Your device must be running the latest operating system version that supports eSIM functionality. Older OS versions may not allow eSIM installation.

Dual SIM Functionality:
If your device already has an eSIM profile installed, check if it can support multiple active SIMs (some phones only allow one eSIM at a time).

Device Manufacturer Policy:
Some manufacturers restrict eSIM usage to specific regions or brands (e.g., certain Samsung models only allow eSIMs from regional carriers).

No Refunds for Incompatibility:
Once your eSIM QR code is issued, no refunds will be provided for device incompatibility. Please confirm all of the above before purchasing.
