We do not publish directories of our customers’ wireless numbers or provide such numbers to third parties without prior customer consent.

  1. We do not sell your name, address or phone number to others outside the SMART corporate family to market those companies’ products or services.
  2. Account Holder. If your use of our products and services is in conjunction with an employer discount or multi-line account, your employer or the primary account holder may have access to your information.
  3. Transactions. We may provide your information to third-party service providers to process transactions or otherwise provide you service, such as billing companies or shipping services, or when roaming on another carrier’s network.
  4. For Legal Process and Protection. We will provide customer information where necessary to comply with the law or any court orders.
  5. Third Party Applications. When you install third party applications on your device, you may consent to third-party access to information from your device or on our network. Third-party application information collection is not covered under our Privacy Policy.
  6. Retaining Your Information. We retain information for only as long as the information is needed for business, legal, or tax purposes.

Passwords

We provide password online access through smart-bz.com. For accounts with multiple lines, the primary account holder has access to account information on all lines on the account and may designate additional or more limited access rights for other users.

Changes to this Notice

We may amend this Privacy Notice at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. All amended terms automatically take effect 30 days after they are posted.
